Compass is an AI-powered discovery platform for Identity and Access Management (IAM) challenges. The service includes:

  • AI-generated discovery reports and insights
  • Enterprise system connectors for data collection
  • Remediation recommendations and action plans
  • Report export capabilities

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Types

  • Individual accounts for personal use
  • Organization accounts for team collaboration
  • Enterprise accounts with additional features and support

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service to compete with Compass

5. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer

All AI-generated reports, insights, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They should be verified by qualified professionals before making business decisions.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated content.

Human Review Required

You acknowledge that AI-generated reports require human review and validation. Compass is a tool to assist decision-making, not replace professional judgment.

6. Data and Privacy

Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service
  • We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the service

Connected Systems

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to connect enterprise systems
  • We access only the data necessary to provide the service
  • We do not store raw user data or credentials from connected systems

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier with limited features
  • Paid plans with additional features and higher limits
  • Enterprise plans with custom pricing

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for early cancellation

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. To request a refund, contact support@usecompass.io within 30 days of your initial purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Compass, including its code, design, and content, is our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create using the service
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service

10. Third-Party Services

Compass integrates with third-party services (Okta, Azure AD, ServiceNow, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecurDI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Update these terms with 30 days notice
  • Change pricing with 30 days notice

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay for the service

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation
  3. Binding arbitration in Delaware

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SecurDI LLC regarding the use of Compass.
